Easy to put on, Pulls your should back to help the back straighten up. Down side I was unable to move very well, bending to pick things up from the floor.

Prompted delivery Eventhough first item developed a fault within 5 days of use, i contacted company who sent out a replacement right away, excellent customer service and great company, The product itself is very good, the only down side is that its designed for the average body shape, and as i have broad shoulders the waist bit is fine but the shoulder straps are very tight. I highly recommend the company though and would definitely use again
