Return Policy

Easy Returns

All orthopedic products purchased on the Website may be returned or changed with an other size of the same product for once, if you inform us of your intention to change or return the product(s) within 7 days after the purchase. The notification should contain whether you want to change or return the product and (if you want to change the product), the new size and colour details. 

The notification should be sent to the e-mail address below:

You then need to return such product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 days after the day you informed us about your intention to change or return the product(s).

Exchange Process:

When we receive the item, we will send you an email to notify you.  Then your new product will be sent within a certain amount of days.

Refund Process:

When we receive the item, we will send you an email to notify you.  Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at volkan@medimport.co.uk.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $85, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • The goods we receive must be in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original package. We will not accept or refund goods that have been used. If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.
