United Kingdomworks to a degree
The suction unit machine was purchased because I have a lot of ear wax. I have tried other methods to get rid of it, but not many work. This works to a degree. Suction is not that great, but I have found some ear wax in the tube and even as far as the filter where the tube is attached. I do not have a use for the large jar, or the large filter. So theses have been removed, resulting is better suction. The small catheter has been replaced with a 3mm tube which does fit into the small filter, and is another improvement, as the supplied small catheter is difficult to get into the ear, without bending. I suspect the more expensive machine would have been better, but i'm stuck with this and will use it. Thank you. Mr J. Disdle
United KingdomWorks great (watery stoma bag change)
This is just what I need after stoma nurses used similar in hospital to help with a complex bag change (very watery active stomas). At first the suction seemed too weak, but then I noticed near the end of the push-on catheter, there are little holes you are supposed to cover to make it work. I just cut the end off to get rid of them. All fine now, good suction just like in hospital.
